Time Flies

Hey everyone! I apologize for not posting for ages! The truth is, I've been very busy. The things that have kept me busy, like Holiday Club, new friends and my cousin visiting are all fun. And time flies when you're having fun...

I still can't believe that it's the 2nd of July already. Just yesterday we were sitting in the living room opening presents on the 25th of December 2011, weren't we? Just yesterday my 6th brother, Levi, was born, wasn't he? Well, the truth is, yesterday we went to church on the 1st of July, 2012. And everything just flies by...sometimes I feel like I didn't have enough of that or this memory, because it was over so fast.

I'm sure you have experienced this feeling, too. When the whole year, or month, or even week just whizzes past without pulling brakes. Sure it's because you're having fun, or maybe some other reason, but sometimes I feel like you don't get to stop, and enjoy for awhile. Take my baby brother, Levi, for instance. It seems like he came home a helpless tiny newborn and the very next day he turned into a chubby baby who can sit but is still learning to stand. Oh, there are many times when I regret the fact that the time of him being a newborn flew by so fast! (Not that he isn't the cutest most wonderfully adorable baby boy ever, we all love him incredibly!!)

Time is precious, God gave it to us and I'm glad he did! And, although this year has got halfway through in a rush, although the time with my newborn brother was not long and although I sometimes feel I just want to slow down, I know that God has plans and I should be thankful for the time I have had. And I promise you it was wonderful. I need to keep growing up, and be faithful to God and trust him, for I know that I have jobs to do on earth, and someday I need to raise children of my own, to teach them about our awesome Lord, so that they, too, can serve Him with all their heart. <3

When were times that you felt time went by too fast? Were they interesting? Why not share them in a comment below? :)

Blessings,
